Now there is nobody to take the throne from what I've seen onstage that night. They are all big but all proportions are bad! I don't see anyone deserving of the Olympia throne. Jay doesn't know what a cut is dammit!

Ok so he has cuts on his legs... big deal I have those too! He should have cuts and striations on that chest and arms and everything else which he seems to be lagging. Arnold woould win against this Jay's conditition.

jay looks much better in transition than he does in any mandatory pose.

all those great shots from the 2001 Ironman?

Notice none of them are mandatories.

Just an observation that I have stated before and is worth repeating.

actually hulkster, I am a big Ronnie fan but I never thought he would came in looking as shitty as this year

note the middle ab sepereration, and im not fully dieted down either i couldve been a walk on champ , and jogged all the way from NC to the contest if i could afford some decent running shoes.

when i win the sandow i am going to donate it to getbig.com and have my gold medal melted down into little coins to give too all of you, my friends to the end!!!!

Jay is the best example of the physique everyone was hating ronnie year after year about....so everyone should STFU, bc you have the new mr O with great prportions, midsection, and balance.

The mass monster Ronnie COleman was beaten yeaturday, so this should make many people happy....

I bet you he will compete next year, after he realises he could of won #8 yesturday if he was 15-20lbs lighter.
