Adductors 4 x 12
Hack Squats found a machune that doesnt fry my knees love it- 3 x 15
Panatta Bridge leg press 2 x 50

had a 10 minute break after this

Calf Raise 5 x 20
Seated calf raise 4 x 25

I have never even tried a clean or a snatch and you know that but the second I get a surgery it's clean and snatch competition time are you kidding me? We both bench press why not just post a 320lb bench and claim your bragging rights?
