Legs hit different when you do the runs first for sure.  Did it the other day following a 1 hour ruck.

But am skeptical on swinging two 176lb KBs, lol.

Thank you sir. I have a lot of free time lately. So I walk 1.5 hours around 5am and then another 1.5 at night. And around an hour midday and that gets me between 14-17 miles depending on my energy level. Trying to drop another 5 lbs or so and hit 210.

Thats awesome Rob. I only do an hour a day, but of course when raining, I gladly skip it  ::).

6 sets of extensions (2 warm up)
6 sets of machine hack squat (2 warm up)
5 sets leg press
3 sets abductor
3 sets adductor
4 sets of 15 barbell squat (light)
5 sets of calves

Pretty sore today ngl doing chest/tri later
