by stating the 12r 400 bbing stance arched back bullsit, you just sound like a deluded liar. the deadlift is the most basic lift you can perform. all you do is lift the fucking thing off the floor and stand up, not brain surgery.

...that attitude ends lifting careers. There is a more to the deadlift than simply heaving a weight off the floor any which way, even if it means playing tiddly-winks with your discs.

I'll keep working on this, if I can get a rep by the end of February I'll post a vid.

I've been doing sets of 6-8 on STIFF leg'd deads no problem lately...so I project about 12-15..any more than that and I'll be very happy. You're just a badass if you get in the teens no problem but it will be a struggle for ME that's for sure. I won't be using straps though.
