We used the peremiter of the gym, the basketball court, etc. Set up stations - so it was like this - started on the air runner. Each man carried a water can or kettlebell entire time
30 seconds on the air runner -
Walk to pull up station - 6 pull ups
Walk to corner of gym - 10 squats - 10 push ups - 10 sit ups
Walk to other corner - 5 8 count Bodybuilders - 10 ruck curl and press
Walk to stairs - up and down the stairs x 5 while carrying weight.
Walk inside Basketball court - 2 x push the 150 lb sandbag on floor across floor, 2 x farmer carry with water cans, 2 times bear crawl with carrying the 150 sandbag.
Walk to corner of gym - 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps
Walk to corner we set up the tire, TRX, - 5 tire flips and step up, TRX, then with ruck overhead - 10 squats, 10 lunges, 10 reverse lunges.
3 man "Tunnel of Love" across the turf - about 20 yards or so.
Repeat for 90 minutes with zero rest.
