Best of luck in the contest Jeff. Jeff is a seasoned competitor and when he's on, very few can compare. Sharp and classic lines with excellent posing. A throwback to the phenomenal Olympia physiques from the mid-to-late 70's and early 80s. He gives bodybuilding a good name and represents his weight division with pure class.

I was 192lbs this am
Hanky incoming on how I am a tiny tit ;D
Plan to be onstage at around 2pm UK time tomorrow so I have added some carbs this morning and drank normally
Went gym , light pump session and didnt look as good as earlier
Tomorrow will have a coffee with my oatmeal and then limit fluids up until show time and just keep an eye on things
Will keep all posted tomorrow afternoon

Havent really missed much TBH. will just nibble a few diferent things, bit of pizza and some ice cream
Will have a full english Sunday morning at a local cafe and then just have a few days eating normally
I have really got to enjoy what Im eating at the moment
I learned my lesson years ago bingeing after a show, got gastroenteritis and was really ill, although the dehydration made me look better than I did show day :(

See, the difference between you and me is that I know what you have to do to be stage ready, I came down slowly from 224lbs to my current weight, thats what bodybuilders do.
You on the other hand did everything wrong trying to be as heavy as you could and still came down to 198 and looked 15lb overweight

In all seriousness- he got on stage once and failed. It's not that he looked terrible, he didn't look bad at all, but he placed poorly in a weak line up. The reality is he's a terrible sport. He found its a lot easier to talk shit online about people who actually know what their doing and actually walk the walk than it is to diet and train properly to get back into contest shape just to lose again.

I was dark anyway , I had tanner shots and used the beds
I have done 2 normal pro-tan and one extra dark, may just put one more on tomorrow, see how I look
Pro-tan goes on great and you can get dressed pretty much straight away and not much comes off in the shower

Ron is the only one that confirms blue stars. Typically, competitors can reach out to him directly and show that they were in a show with some proof of their identity (picture of themselves holding up an NPC card or something to that extent). He then simply goes into their profile settings and changes it so that blue stars show up under the name which signifies that they are active or former competitive bodybuilders.
I think it's a good visual accolade to have as these guys/girls with actual competition experience know the game well and usually have a wealth of knowledge regarding workout routines, diet prep and steroid use.
I am also working on getting muscle matters his pro stars.

This time I was a mess emotionally.
It felt like the last two years I have been suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts had somehow been taken away from me, a huge release and a feeling of validation.
Anyway, time for an anti estrogen after that ;D

Srs q: What's the shrinkwrap protocol leading up to your show? Do you drop water by going saltless for a week and carb up 4 hours before the stage? I never knew what guys do.

I'm semi-back. Certainly won't post as much as I used to which wasn't much compared to many others. I stay logged in at all times on my computer, as I don't use it often since YT, Amazon Prime, and some shows I like are on my tv now. It also has a web browser, which I rarely use. The remote is to hard to navigate it, and it's really hard to read. I need a new eye glass prescription bad. LOL!
I read Getbig on my phone while taking my multiple shits per day, but stay logged of so I don't get into pissing matches over some of the stupid shit I read, and things that piss me off so that way I just know I can't post and move along to another topic.

Because you've been talking about it the entire 20+ years we've been on those sites....I was mid 20's then. I didn't consider myself old until around 43. That's when I really started feeling worn down, and my health started getting worse.

JEFF, Is the NPC/IFBB active in your area?
It just might be great shot of ya but you do appear to be in your early 30's or younger in that threesome shot.
I think you would dominate within any age category contest if they are still promoted within either of the two orgs in your area.
It could even prove to be to your advantage even if you had to do some traveling to compete against competitors of similar age if such events are still being promoted.

I think you would dominate within any age category contest if they are still promoted within either of the two orgs in your area.
It could even prove to be to your advantage even if you had to do some traveling to compete against competitors of similar age if such events are still being promoted.

guy who came 4th won the Scottish champs in the past and competed at the Britain and Universe
Guy on the right of the photo has won overall area shows and placed 3rd in the Britain
Guy on the left won the IBFA over 55s 2 weeks ago and has competed successfully internationally in the past
I have now qualified for the British finals next June

as far as competing in IFBB the only way of getting a pro card in the UK is to win the overall men at a UKBFF final of maybe pick one up at a 2bro show, there is no way I will ever enter one of their shows as they want to charge you £130 to compete and £70 to allow someone backstage with you.
