as far as competing in IFBB the only way of getting a pro card in the UK is to win the overall men at a UKBFF final of maybe pick one up at a 2bro show, there is no way I will ever enter one of their shows as they want to charge you £130 to compete and £70 to allow someone backstage with you.

JEFF, Is the NPC/IFBB active in your area?

It just might be  great shot of ya but you do appear to be in your early 30's or younger in that threesome shot. 

I think you would dominate within any age category contest if they are still promoted within  either of the two orgs in your area.

It could even prove to  be to your advantage even if you had to do some traveling to compete against competitors of similar age if such events are still being promoted.

Because you've been talking about it the entire 20+ years we've been on those sites....I was mid 20's then.  I didn't consider myself old until around 43.  That's when I really started feeling worn down, and my health started getting worse.

I am sure you are going to look great for your age and have very little bodyfat at 192lbs after dieting for weeks. You will then pose well and do the graceful stuff. Does that mean you have my amount of muscle tissue on your frame or beat me at your normal walk around 220lbs fuck no.
