cswole lost 3% body fat in those 2 weeks which is amazing and very impressive and to lose 10 lb is also amazing, my hat goes off to him.

I thought that 10% body fat he said was a typo and he meant 10lb not 10%,

10 % body fat loss in only 10lb of body weight would equal 15-20lb gain of lean muscle, that would take at least 1 year while injecting every day and popping orals like candy.
