I go based on my own experience and my buddies.   My first show I started at a solid 205 and ended up at 169 and looked ok.   Doing a BB show is so far different than showing up twinks in the gym.   

From what I see - honest - I see 200-210 at most

yeah, but if he does it smart and doesnt overdo the gear right away, he could grow some muscle until then and "easy" lose all the fat.

1 year is enough, hell took me 10weeks from fatleniko to shredded.

its not even so hard to figure out how to do it, but if hes running high doses ight now,o to gain, then this projhect wont end well.

infact with pure will, he could get inot shape and bulk and get in shape again within a yaer.

we will see, oth will get from fat to shredded in record time, its doable.

but he has to follow some rules, just using tons of gear would be counterproductive.
look at oth he says all outright, its bit extreme, but he knows exactly when to do what.

quickerblade, dont forget one thing, if anyone comes shredded, if theres no fat, everyone gonna look ok-ish at stage light and tan.

but!its different thing when one never went very lean and when one kinda has to do it blindly and doesnt 100% know what will work fo him,then pl often get confused.not to mention first time to shedded most have many dietay meltdowns haha

But you been there before!!!  Imagine someone who never really had a 6 pack before - this is virgin territory

yah getting into single digits first time was very hard.

but if i had a good guide back then, someone like myself now, it would have been easier,or id have stopped training altogether

i have prepped a lot of people to the stage and this is how it goes down with 99% of them.

They come to me and say`` bro get me ready for this show, please guy I will kill it``

then I say... ``stage is no joke at all, here is what I require from you``

1. my way or the highway

2. do not listen to any second opinions

3. attend 2 shows in the audience from now until your show.

4. no scale, no numbers, I say when you are ready.

5. no lying

6. If I do not think you are ready, your show gets postponed no matter what.

This is the relationship I establish with my people.

Cswole can do it but with the relationship he has with his helpers he is not going anywhere, he needs to get rid of them, they do not know what they are doing.

First of all no serious contest prep coach would ever allow someone else to coach along side, this is how you know cswole`s people are garbage, the second he say he has more then 1 person helping expect a disaster.

If any of my guys accept help from someone else, I drop them instantly.

He thinks that by constantly posting about his vague association with washed up former pros it somehow cements his image here as hardcore iron pumper , a double d cupped gym warrior who could have won any contest he entered, but was too focused on the pure, hardcore pursuit of lifting heavy weight and "shutting down" high school kids and old ladies to bother dieting down to twinkdom

Basile may be an old kook but cswol will never come close to looking how Vince looked in his prime.

Cswol - dont underestimate how long it takes to lose all the fat.   You are not going to be able to make it in a traditional 12 week diet situation.  Forget the idea of being huge - thsts retarted.  Get lean and focused

he thinks he is relatively lean at the minute and estimates his on stage weight as 260lbs

I would estimate its about 210lbs max

he needs someone that he listens to in real life to give him the hard truth

then to be fair in a year he could transform his whole physique

Just now got in the water feet wet, nobody will really help me daily until about 6 months, right now I'm on a cleaner diet, in one month a pro and amatuer I have helping me will begin to help me with posing and then as time goes in guys like oth and you other guys I will definitely appreciate and take your advice, baby steps fellas.
