what cswole giving up  ???, that didn't last long, couldn't handle the dieting part, you need to be tough as fuck to get shredded, it's understandable.

But they are fun, and then a few hours later they are OVER.  Dieting for months seems to Never END and you know if you fail - you have to explain it to your friends etc.  

Between the pain in the ass measuring food, carrying an igloo around, not being able to enjoy yourself socially as you might want to, etc - it really SUCKS.  

Sure you look good - but you new feel as good as you may look and look at everything in site like a prisoner looks at a naked chick from behind the prison bars.
