jeff smalley I can do it standing like arnold, use to do 185 lb dumbells, sitting like that is much harder, the force and power to get the weight up is much more difficult than standing, the shit dont lift itself, in ronnies pic he is swinging and leaning with all his bodyweight doing the 90 lb, some of you have never or could never do this shit, thats why you have no cognitive schematics regarding the performance of this lift!
