Damn straight.  Now...perhaps if you tell us you're on your bulking cycle right now we won't be so hard on you.  This is a pivotal moment for you....answer wisely.

I think we need some tips on not suffering muscle atrophy while sitting at the table for an hour.Maybe put Granny on your lap and do some seated calf raises or cut a foot off each of the legs of your chair so you have to do dips to reach for your Protein Shake and Oatmeal Cakes.

Cranberry sauce actually makes me carb up to a point where my lumberjack shirt starts ripping from my sheer bulging mass.

I plan on detailing my prep from Wednesday night through my meal on thursday PROVIDED you all agree NOT to steal it and claim it as your own.

Ronnie carries his wife on his left shoulder and mamma on the right and does walking lunges around the kitchen table in between bites of turkey.

thankgivin comes around once a year so eat to your hearts content,if your diets on point and your not getting fat in the winter that one day will do no damage whatsover except for alittle sodium bloat for 2 or 3 days, unless you have a show within the next 90 days pig out everyone,im sure your family or wherever your spending your thanksgiving is working hard preparing all that food and to show up with tuna and stuff in tupperware is kinda rude imho.enjoy yourselves and give thanks to god

Good news!  I talked a couple of other friends/family members into doing a comparison round just before the main course.  Last year grandpa took me on the rear lat spread, but I think I got him on front double bi.  I think if I stay focused and keep my carb loading on point today and tomorrow, I can take 2nd place.  It's all about the trophy, my friends, all about the trophy...
