Not going to comment on the fake plates. That spotter seemed to be easing gravity a bit though.

LOL, why is grown man doing something like that  ???

Everyone with any 'serious' experience understands those would be massive lifts and there is no way he really performed them with the weights claimed.

Clown.

I like how at around 38-39 seconds, he moves the barbell from side to side.  You're not doing that with 675 lbs.

There is no way that is real.

He would have the world record in his weightclass, BY FAR!

His official power lifting numbers are not near.

I know Elgin is not everybody's cup of tea.  And these are hundreds of years old too so I risk Lincoln shooting Nixon on the moon...

BUT - if you like to hear people roasting Chad Dingleberry, Elgin's channel repeatedly takes a pop at his  'form'....

Isn't the raw bench record just over 700?  There can't be many men walking the earth that can even bench 600 let alone 675x3.

Yep, go figure, a bunch of idiots

Rumor has it and flex wheeler confirmed he is making a comeback for the classic bbing show at 210 pounds.... and those fans are equally like levrone's, cheering him on even though he said he has one kidney

This is actually what a 675 pound bencher performs and looks like. I'm sure Fortress remembers this guy, Glen Chabot.

Yep. Guy was one of the pioneers of the "new wave" of elite bench pressers. From what I recall, he was a bit of a tough guy. I was backstage at an Arnold powerlifting/strongman event many years ago and remember a ruckus when him and another dude were threatening to throw down (the other guy was fearing for his life).

Obviously, the man was hugely intimidating. My bud, the great Ed Coan, calmed the waters. He garners such respect that even hothead Chabot backed off.
