Monster gut on Arnold Amateur competitor

Id like to know where all you internet docs get you theories on these distended stomachs..... I know nothing and dont pretend to,... but some of you guys are throwing your opinion out there like fact and do you have any knowledge, experience or training to back up your claims?

That, right there, is everything that is wrong with bodybuilding.  The guy is a walking sack of chemicals, with a pumpkin sized gut and a gobs of nonfunctional muscle....gross  

I think this guy took the fast track and simply swallowed another bodybuilder, skipped the whole training thing.
