How do you figure he didn’t even list the reps is volume not sets times reps??? He could be doing sets of 2 reps for all we know and since when is the goal to do as much volume as possible anyway?
I did 2 reps on every set of every exercise for quads,and one rep on each set of calves!

You would count each set as 11 reps anyway so why list them?   LOL  ;D

 Brian I have made more progress in 15 weeks than you have in 15 years

My legs calves chest back are all bigger than you

Your waist when flexed is better and your arms are bigger my neck is just shy of 20

I have a stronger back legs delta and calves

And I'm only getting warm

People in my gym are commenting on my progress and have asked what I am stacking - I'm 2 weeks into a mil of test and deca

Not long until you are in the rear view mirror

Also no tears. Symmetrical and progressing

Better waist better arms = better physique, 20 inch neck = fat slob   Stronger calves? Are we one rep maxing calf raises now? And you claim curling is a gimmick lift. My back is strong as hell my knees are shot not the same thing I can one arm row a ton. I can do chin-ups and pull-ups rows etc.  I don’t do deadlifts but my back is strong

But my calves are nudging 18-5 so what I am doing is working for me but always keen to learn more and take advice off those who know that's why I move forwards and you are in reverse
