well in that case congratulations on a cheat rowvery average gym lift Brian but for a 20 year juicer its uber averagein our gym we have 3 guys who can do 10 reps with 100k dumbbells. that is strong.
Those are the heaviest dumbbells I have and I wasn’t even warmed up. I could absolutely go heavier there was nothing cheat about those reps. The 2rep hit the ground so I adjusted the remaining reps if you notice I adjusted my grip on the dumbbell between rep 2 and 3 and no idea what the fuck you are talking about the other side is helping fucking nonsense and 125lb dumbbells don’t bounce. I also haven’t done a dumbbell row since I can’t even remember and just did that cold and easy. It took about 2 reps to properly engage and get my grip right so I banged out an extra 2. I am also absolutely not using my legs at all. I have a temporary Injury in the quad. I never said it was heavy I said those were the heaviest dumbbells I had and I could rep them and you all called me a liar and said bullshit I never thought it was much of a challenge and again I am shocked anyone doubted I could do that.

What he means is you are using torso rotation rather than keeping your waist static. Regardless, the lift was approved.The bigger issue are the weeds on the patio. Why is that not being upkept?
