Surprisingly, not bad.. I thought after the first few heave hoe reps you would crumple at 6. Zero lat engagement would explain the paper back.. However, you completed the challenge

We all know you blasted 10-15 iu of humlog 20-30 mins prior to this.

Yes there was a bounce and a little wobble but he was just proving strength so I thinks it’s good. If working the muscle yes you don’t hit ground but for strength showing it’s fine.

He cheated big time. He didn't weigh the dumbbell on camera first and we know he likes to play sneaky tricks. It's probably filled with ashes from Rocky's urn.

He also cheated like fuck with the bouncing and tried to use the laws of physics in his favor. There's a staggering amount of potential energy stored in the rubber on that dumbbell, and Brian made sure to have the floor coated in it too. By the time he was done slamming the thing, it had enough rebound in it to send it to the ducking moon.

Do it again or forever be known as a cheater, you POS!

Dumbbell rows are the type of exercise where lifting a lot of weight is not that hard since so many muscles are involved. I see skinny people at the gym doing 70 to 100.

With that said, the form was good enough.

Looks good to me, Bhanky.

However, if you want a thick back you need to do barbell rows.  5x6-8 twice a week.

Incorporate a bit of a cheat with your lower back and go as heavy as you can for the reps.

And eat eggs.  Lots of eggs.

That's actually a good point

Don't think he could do 120 for 8 standing with 1 arm supporting on the db rack or top of a bench

Can see how much the otherside of the body is helping the lift
