Wimpy push workout w/ torn back.
Lame.

Bench - 4 sets (from 135 up to a massive 225). Cant brace, feet were up on bench.
Close grip bench - 4 sets (same thing)
Smith JM Press - 4 sets
Smith Nose Breakers - 4 sets
Cable X-overs - 4 sets

Tried light d-bell benches, had to bail on these, couldnt lie back holding the very heavy 35 pounders  ::)

To me a crappy W/O is better than nothing (for my peace of mind at least)...

Chest,Back,Traps:


Dips - 3 X 12,10,10

Super-Set #1:
{Seated Bench Press Machine - 3 X 12
{Hoist Lat Pulldowns - 3 X 12

Super-Set #2:
{Seated Machine Flyes - 3 X 12
{Seated Hoist Rowing Machine 3 X 12

Straight-Arm Pulldowns -  3 X 20,15,15

DB Shrugs - 3 X 20,15,12

Waited 3-4 minutes then did one more set of deep Dips for 12.

Trained with almost no rest.....I`m down to one vehicle, and my wife needed the car to take her mother to a doctors appointment so I raced the clock.

Not what I would have normally done,but it was very intense moving fast like I did.

Why would you doubt me being able to get into contest condition when I`ve done over 60 contests,and got my first weight set in 1969 or so ?

I`m in a re-building phase and look pretty damned good right now.....no need to post pics as I never take any anyway, and don`t intend on doing so just to appease a troll who probably jerks off looking at men.

I do those very high rep light laterals at times with brief rests.....they are absolutely brotal and my delts which rarely get sore,always get sore as Hell when I do them.

Seated db press 60,70,80,90,100,120

Upright db rows 45s 6 sets of 8-10

Crucifix laterals 3 sets of 12 with 25s

Palms down laterals 3 sets of 12 with 25s

Front raises 4 sets palms up with 25s for 15s

Barbell shrugs 6 sets 335 for 10s squeeze last rep each set 10-20 seconds

I think conventional deadlifts can elicit plenty of growth for a bodybuilder. Like barbell squats;
