Seated DB Press - 4 X 15,10,8,12 (pyramid style)
DB Laterals The Back - 3 X 20,15,12 (constant weight,very brief rests)
Cable Laterals - 3 X 8-10 (constant weight,no rest at all)
Face-Pulls - 3 X 20,15,15 (constant weight)
Bent-Over Laterals - 3 X 12 (constant weight)

Lying Plate Neck Raise - 5 X 25,15,15,12,20

Leg Press Calf Raise - 4 X AMRAP
Rotary Calf Machine - 4 X AMRAP

Cranked it out like it was my job!!

Increased my Test -400,increased my protein intake,really pushing in the gym,and looking pretty damn good.

No because I couldn't do it!

Seriously these are some boring workouts but it is fascinating when you push to limits you never thought possible

In the begining it was 10 sets and then incrementally I've added 5 more sets over these past workouts. I'd say the weight I'm using in this example is something I could probably do for 10 reps to failure so I've plenty of reps in reserve. The pump is decent and I'm seeing gains on my chest which traditionally was a slow responder and didnt grow from flat benching which like many of us I stuck to fanatically over the years despite the lackluster results

One of those exercises for me that just works, I enjoy and that I'm good at. That and squats and over head press

Anything else I've always just been average at.

Yeah I should have qualified my statement more.i actually did ditch flat quite early on in favour of the incline which definitely worked the pecs from but it then started agitatimg my shoulders.

I think the gym I was at had quite a severe angle on its incline and wasn't the adjustable type

Yeah always go for an adjustable bench in the gym & if necesarry use Dumbbells changing your hand position ..for example hammer grip or somewhere what fits your shoulders.

I am enjoying db presses at the moment, just flat.

Being able to adjust your wrist position to find the most natural pressing groove is a godsend

rear delt flyes 4 sets 10-15- last one triple drop
cable front raise 3 x 12
smith front press 4 sets last one drop set form 2 plates to 1 to failure

panatta t-bar shrugs- 4 x 10 3.5 plates a side
facepulls 4 sets last set triple drop

Warm up & stretching

Good mornings & light warm ups

Standing free weight calves on block set & reps

leg curls super set with front squats up to 100kg

Leg press from 2 plates to 8 plates high reps

Calves on leg press machine

Stiff leg dead lifts up to 100kg

Then did a few sets of Biceps & Neck work + Forearms

I am on Dr orders not to lift anything right now but for fuck sake 6 sets of 5 with 225? 225lbs is nothing add a couple plates and I could still have done it with 315. But no right now I am not allowed to lift anything. You are 170lbs you are not outlifting me
