I am 100% convinced Hanky has the Clegg video but refuses to post it for the obvious reasons.  As he said earlier in this thread, video or it didn't happen.  So far all we know is he lost to Clegg and he claims Clegg somehow has the video showing Hanky kicking his ass for 3 rounds but Hanky never got a copy.  Makes sens.

Clegg is online and I’m sure would share the video with him.   Banks was loaded on drugs and quit because he was gassed out.

Put belt directly over repair kept it light still not sure repair is going to hold long term or if it will start slowly opening back up obviously hoping for the 1st

Yeah, but what's the end goal?

Is it just how you look in the mirror?

For example, I'm going to try to deadlift a certain weight, then run 5 miles right after for a certain time.  That's a balance of strength and condition which I feel would be good for my age/weight.

Anything like that?

Hanky how much weight could you possibly use doing 50 reps on leg extensions?

There would be so much lactic acid build up that the set would have you rep pausing for 45 minutes with anything over 15 pounds.

Training is it's own reward. I would like to stay healthy injury free and training 4 days a week. The rest will take care of itself.  I have more concrete quantifiable goals for 2024 but since I don't know how long it will take to get back my strength 2023 is just about staying healthy and training.

I saw a YouTube (nh) of a guy who did a 500-lb deadlift then a sub-5:00 mile, was pretty impressed (nh), I doubt there are too many who can do that.
