1st real leg day back post back injury (both light and fun). Home gym this AM:

Legs/Misc

Squat - 4 sets, very light, 135 lbs, deep and hold it at the bottom.
Belt Squat - 4 sets (added a little weight, 6 plates total).
Sissy Squat (bodyweight) - 4 sets
Leg curl [s/s] w/ Shoulder press (machine) - 4 sets
Leg ext [s/s] w/ Side laterals (machine) - 4 sets
Calf raises on PowerTec SQ machine - 4 sets

Going to go for a short 1-hr hike this AM (lakeside trail - Nashua NH)...

The way I look at it there are 3 main types of condition muscular endurance, mobility, and bodyfat when I train higher rep workouts with less rest days more often all 3 improve. Strength and mass seem to improve with lower volume and less frequency but an initial volume training to prepare the condition of the body before more serious hypertrophy is often needed after a break.

I am 100% convinced Hanky has the Clegg video but refuses to post it for the obvious reasons.  As he said earlier in this thread, video or it didn't happen.  So far all we know is he lost to Clegg and he claims Clegg somehow has the video showing Hanky kicking his ass for 3 rounds but Hanky never got a copy.  Makes sens.
