Anybody training around tennis elbow?  Got it in both arms.  Dropped weight 30% and trying to stay in the 15 rep range.  Anti-inflammatory drugs don't do much and the slightest mistake when lifting sets the elbows off for two weeks.  Sucks...

Look into BPC 157.......I need some more guinea pigs to test it out for me lol

the weights are light but it felt great. smooth, controlled reps, full depth, pause, stretch. gotta master form to avoid injury... its taken about 20 yrs, but i can almost squat properly  ;D

I video'd myself squatting - it's bad, hip mobility issues make is look not so great.  I have to focus on this now.
