The answer I got back was:

With the caveat, “be careful, she has made an awful lot of money off frat boys and gym bros who drink too much and challenge her to race.”

So maybe if JPJ isn’t chicken farming or headed back home, the glute goddess can chime in?

Felt like going heavy today on some ez bar curls,little body English and felt pretty damn strong.
10 sets ex bar curls 61x75,81x50,101x30,121x20,141x16,161x10,181x7,201x4,3,2. Just these today with 3-5 minutes rest between sets. Shoulder is pretty sore but bis crazy pumped.

And I'm being super honest here.  Notice I checked to see if his 3 shoulder surgeries were already on the list, and they were so I didn't include them twice.

The delts have been dislocated and I have had 3 shoulder surgeries they do not sit the same in the joint. One is always rolled forward and the other is always rolled backward. Additionally I have a torn pec. I can't change that. However my midsection is already leaning back out and tightening up significantly post surgical implant. I am over 220lbs and lean and just getting back into the gym. My condition will continue to improve as I continue to swell back up and progressively increase my training.
