Don't forget those brutal 5 set calf raise training sessions.

The calf raises help warm up before leg curls honestly my calves and hams are on fire today and it was like 2 days ago I trained them so it was plenty. I really like the new lower body split routines having 4 different lower body days to switch things up. Again the extra focus on each movement is nice. I will slowly work more stuff in. But I think those 5 movements are a good start. I think I can train legs more often and recover better with this split. Everything at once nice is too much. Upper body is multiple days you don’t have to do all your lower body work in one day.

I am shoulder dominant when pressing my delts have always been a strong point. I will occasionally do side laterals or overhead presses again I am just getting back into it post surgery.

My current program is squats one day, deadlifts one day, and leg extensions one day and leg curls/calves one day. So I have 4 different leg workouts and I do one every other day. I then do chest and triceps one day and biceps one day then throw in a day off here and there. So even though I don't do every leg exercise in one leg day I do 5 different leg exercises each week or possibly every 10 days depending on rest. I also chest press and arm curls and extensions each week. I plan to start rows this week as I was giving them an extra week as I feel they strain the abdomen more. I will also add 50lbs to the deadlift this week and possibly the squat or may wait one more week but absolutely will be hitting squats in the next few days. I don't think of my leg workout as one day but more like what did I do for legs in a week.

I find if I just do 1-2 exercises I can put more energy and focus into hammering that exercise 100% I can also then hit the muscle with a different exercise next workout vs half assing a half dozen exercises a workout. It takes a couple sets sometimes for me to even feel an exercise so just doing 2 of this 2 of that doesn't seem right to me. I get better pumps focusing all my energy on fewer exercises also I am just lazy and don't want to setup and break down 5 different sets of weights. At the commercial gym I may hit more as machines are available but at home 1-2 exercises per workout seems to work better for me easier to stay motivated and give it my all vs saving for the next 3 exercises in a workout. I don't want hamstrings and calves to be an after thought on leg day they have their own day

This train legs* 4 days a week system seems like something he's doing out of necessity rather than choice.  Is his wind so bad that he can't make it through longer workouts?  Some as yet unacknowledged lung problem or disease that needs to be added to the list?

Don’t pin shoulders actually feel pretty good with training. Today I am going to train chest plan is to hit flat barbell and incline dumbbell plus some skull crushers and press downs. You guys all say I suck and have a gut meanwhile 7.5 weeks post umbilical hernia surgery it’s starting to tighten back up. Honestly I think it’s kind of amazing to be in this kind of shape after a 6 week break and a mesh implant into my abdomen. I look like crap I post too many pics I don't know what I am doing blah blah blah this am before breakfast I am doing phenomenal for 7.5 weeks

classic case of using too much weight/bad form... torn, paper thin pecs, no tris, bi workouts spent heaving weight working front delts.. ur delts should be a strong point bruh... learn to isolate the muscle rook.

The delts have been dislocated and I have had 3 shoulder surgeries they do not sit the same in the joint. One is always rolled forward and the other is always rolled backward. Additionally I have a torn pec. I can't change that. However my midsection is already leaning back out and tightening up significantly post surgical implant. I am over 220lbs and lean and just getting back into the gym. My condition will continue to improve as I continue to swell back up and progressively increase my training.
