Honestly the deadlifts and squats are making a difference not in my overall strength as not going heavy (not using belt or knee sleeves or straps on deads or squats) but they seem to be helping my conditioning. Maybe it is because I am training more reps on things as well but I have abs before bed now not just in the morning. I do think doing 50 deadlifts and 50 squats a week is improving my metabolism. I did leg extensions with deads tonight I think I will do hams on squat day instead of 4 separate leg days as I have been doing so will be 2 different leg days each week going forward (yes I am calling dead a leg day have been going light feel trap bar dead more in quads than back so far). It doesn't seem like much but it is enough. I am a lean 214 before bed tonight.

When I get a new place I am going to get a cable lat pulldown low row machine. I have a crossover and a lat pulldown bar but the crossover is next to wall so I cant use the wide bar but I am aware current back training is lacking but pullup bar is down by shop not in gym and dont have room space for barbell rows. I don't know I guess I could do them outside. May do some rows tomorrow and some pulls/Chins feel like I need some back work next.

that΄s the old school version but most do it with a padded machine if you want to call it that in the gym.
