i'm going back in in a few and doing more bench but i'll do it first and go for 5's or 6's hoping to get 2 bills as a start

i pause each rep or a sec or two like in a comp and i'll stick with 5-8 rep range for now, i'm sure str will go up i want to see what this does to my pec size as lately i've been doing almost all machines and my rep ranges are high up to 20-30 reps in general

after the comp bench work i'll do higher rep ie. 20-25 reps with decline barbell bench to neck

watching this is @ 4:05 inspiring as fuck 8) 8) 8)

Super-Set:

Seated Leg Curls - 5 X 20,12,10,12,12

Leg Press Calf Extensions - 4 X failure
Rotary Calf Machine - 4 X failure

I didn`t feel like training this morning....glad I did,great workout!!
