Because I actually put up. I don't just talk shit then never show a current lift or pic. All you assholes have been calling me weak for 3 years claiming I don't know how to eat or train. Then when push comes to shove none of you assholes put up. I get it BigRo you are bigger and leaner than me. But guess what you are about the only person on this damn board currently bigger and leaner than me. We have maybe 2-3 other guys in any kind of shape with any kind of size. Then there are 50 fucking old out of shape weak ass hater slobs bullshitting.

I got called out for this challenge while recovering from surgery. I still plan to respond to it. What the fuck is the rest of these bitches excuse? I will tell you what it is they are a bunch of fake bitches who don't even lift. I don't give a fuck what nonsense they write in this thread about their 5 hour training sessions no current pic no current lift equals Bullshit.

As far as GymRat he sees his number he knows where he is at. He has 25 days just like the rest of you. Can I press more than him right now? I don't know but I am willing to put up my best number before year end and find out. Did you forget the double 415 you promised? I have not gone heavy since surgery that doesn't mean it was botched. I do plan to check the strength though at year end. I was told pain and full recovery could last up to a year.

suprised you only incline db 85's pressing 315, i could maybe press 240 but i can incline 80's for 6 or so reps
