Optimum hypertrophy is not my only goal. I have been riding the elliptical 20 minutes everyday for knee mobility. I try and do leg curls, leg extensions, calf raises and squats every week. However, I see no need to do them all the same day. I like to do calf raises prior to leg curls. I feel I can put more into not just training but recovery if I break it up into 2 days Quads/Hamstrings. I have been doing leg extensions prior to squats which I like however my squat station is outside and it is cold now. I plan to get an inside power rack for squats once I move this summer although also considering a Smith machine as could do smith squats and incline barbell press which would be nice.

As far as sets and reps between warmups and working sets I am probably going to do 8 sets of leg extensions today. I would say rep range will be 20-30 for the first 4 sets and 15ish for the last 4. It's too damn cold to go outside and squat. I will also ride the elliptical today. I Meant to do legs yesterday but was lazy so will do today.
