Yeah so do some training let’s see a 275lb bench put something up to improve next year stop being a pussy no one cares if it is a high or low number. The idea is to simply set a number so you have something to improve on within a public domain for accountability. Also tired of reading everyone’s workout philosophy when they may or may not even lift. You train yes show us something leta see if it is working

Way too much overtraining described throughout this thread. One set to failure per body part is what is sufficient to stimulate recovery. Recovery is a minimum of 48 hours and could require up to 720 hours before training that body part again. High Intensity is the ONLY documented way to build muscle.

Chest,Back,Traps:

DB Flyes - 10 sets of 20,15,12,12,12,12,12,12,10,10

DB Pullovers - 4 sets of 15,15,12,12

Double DB Rows - 4 sets of 20,12,10,10

DB Shrugs - 3 sets of 20

Ice and snow on the roads.....very sloppy and nobody has even plowed or sanded yet so I opted to train at home.

All sets were done with approximately one minutes rest between sets,give or take
 a few seconds for a sip of water.......VERY INTENSE AND PAINFUL training on thids manner..........HUGE torso pump!!

10 sets of high rep flyes??

I imagine if you took a physique photo today and another photo exactly one year from today you will look identical. Chronic overtraining will cause that. The "illusion of action" at work once again.
