once my leg heals i'm might try and train legs regularly

back in my mid 20's i did 3 sets of leg press for sets of 5, and thats all i did for legs, every 6 days and i went from 160 @ 12.5% to 165 @ 11% and all the weight gained was in my legs and i did this in 10 weeks full natty

leg press went from 5 plates total to 10 plates total over that time

breakfast is 1400 ml of milk and energy drink (too fucking lazt to prepare anything fuck dat noise) other meal is 100 grams of chicken with shrimp in yellow rice and spinach will eat mikey d's twice a week but not on slin days

Same here. I like slimmer more muscular legs and much more mass up top. Never liked the look of huge legs to me it throws the body off and looks weird.

i did defiect sumos and my waist expanded within weeks so stopped dat shit real quick like :D

probably just stick with hip thrusts and leg ext once i can train legs again

Seated DB Press - 4 X 25,21,13,11
DB Laterals - 4 X 12
Bent-Over Laterals - 4 X 15

Lying Plate Neck Raise - 4 X failure

Crunches - 4  X failure

On the DB Presses, I only used a pair of 30 pounders......did 25 reps,took 15 breaths,got 21,took another 15 breaths,got 13, then another 15 breaths and only got 11 reps........FUCKING BRUTALLY HARD!!

It may sound light,but give it a  try....you`re  delts will be screaming!!

Trained at home due to snow......good one!!

On the presses I rested as long as it took me to take 15 deep breaths between sets.

As a whole (just delts alone).........a bit over 20 minutes but I went with moderate weight due to my elbow being fucked up.


I love training fast......light weight feels real heavy,real quickly.

I mix things up though.....I do have heavy days also.
