Leg Press - 5 sets
Leg Extensions - 4 sets
Adductor Machine - 1 X failure

Seated Leg Curls - 4 sets
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts On Platform - 2 sets (trying to "unhinge" my lower back)  :(


Leg Press Calf Extensions - 5 sets

Good workout for the second week in....will add more volume soon....back is a mess but fuck it.

This morning pic. Visually appearance of neck size has a lot to do with the shape and size of the jawline from the front. If you have a narrow jawline your neck will look bigger. I do not have a narrow jawline. If you look at this pic from the side you can see my neck is clearly thick as shit from a lifetime of wrestler bridges. I absolutely would not want it any bigger

I am supposed to argue over a shopped photo of me lol. I am not taking any orals. My weight this am was 214lbs the same as a week ago. I have been eating more though and do feel better as my morning weight did get down to 210 at one point. I will say I started noticing carpal tunnel yesterday and it is very noticeable today. As such I will back down the HGH dosage to 3iu a day from here going forward. I believe this will be day 5.

And here is what that pose actually looks like from 2 days ago looks a little different when you guys don’t shop it no double chin from the front notice neck is thick as shit that is why it looks different when I turn my head my neck eats my face because I barely have a neck
