I’ve done 495 for a triple and 500-515 for a single. Touch and go not the prettiest form. I say I did 500 my buddy and a gym owner always say it was 515 so not sure what it was. I was just psyched to hit 5 plates so didn’t really care about anymore than that so just kept hitting 495 until I got 3.

I was 255-260 on either 250 mgs of test and 200 mgs eq a week or 400mgs of eq a week can’t recall exactly. I think it was prob just eq.

I was benching 405 natural for 4-5 and started eq at 200mgs a week and after 4 weeks went to 400 mgs weekly and my bench went form 405 4-5 to 405 for 11.

Incredible weight!  Did you do it with a tee shirt or bench shirts/sling shot? I couldn't get 500 off the racks but if I managed to do that my arms would disintegrate to dust from the weight.

No I’ve never used any equipment for any lifts. I wouldn’t count them if I did. All lifts in t shirt only. Thinking about that weight now is scary haha.

its amazing Wes. Its not hard to imporve when you've got the best equipment in the world. Also because of the owner and his insistnece on everyone being sound there arent any dickheads in there. Selfie rings- get the fuck out! taking up space to film your stuff for insta- get the fuck out. Its a real team energy and every supports everyone else. Two floors of great equipment, an arms annexe bit with nautilus etc etc in, a cardio room. a sunbed room, a posing room (thats why you get nobody stripping off in the floor are- Brian would be crying!), an eatery, boxing area with bags and pads,  a recptiion with loads of supps and merchandise, a recovery suite with an ice bath, sauna, compression sleeves, massage guns, red light stuff, hotel quality bathrooms and a barbers about to open.  Also each crimbo members donate toys and they are given away to local needy kids. And the owner gave a further 2k to charity

If they did rooms I wouldnt fucking leave!

Great mix of bbers, physique guys, fitness girls, athletes (few pro boxers), some powerfliters and strength athletes. All for 40 GB a month. Its taken over from me wanting to go the pub and talk shit to birds to training and having a laugh with the lads and lasses there. A real lifestyle change and much better for my mentality- I rarely lose my temper at all now whereas I used to be a fucking nightmare with hindsight. Its give me balance between 4 and 7.30 each day! travel , train, eat, chat come home!

A GB celeb called Richard Blackwood trains there now- nice fella and a solid 2 and a half plates for 4 x 10 on the bench!

I can typically get 405 for 6-8 with a few weeks of concentrating on heavy flat bench, maybe more at a higher bodyweight and a focused heavier training regimen, but 495 x 3 just sounds so heavy….damn that is good work!

Nope never used them. I couldn’t push 495 off a rack now and seems like a lifetime ago it was done. At the time it didn’t feel that heavy now 315 seems crazy. 405 for 6-8 is crazy lifting. Thank you sir.

I've got my sort of template diet down pat i think. found it hard ot get the food in  but here is roughly it

meal 1- 2 scoops whey, whole milk, 75gm oatmeal

meal 2- 2 x small tins tuna, salad, dressing,

pre workout- red bull type drink

post workout- beef isolate slushie at the gym

meal 3 once home- 200gm mince as a burger, banana

meal 4- 2 chicken. breast, rice, greens

meal 6- whey isolate juice type drink x 2

not dieal but its measurable anda start. done this for a week already and its feeling 'normal ish now!

feel free to rip apart / add/ redact. cheers

Seated hamstring curl 1x14,6,5
Hack squat 1x7, 1x23 (rest pause type set, 10 continuous reps then breath deeply between rep as much as needed to get another rep)
Lying leg curl 1x10,4
45 degree leg press 1x15
Adductors 1x8, 2x6
Leg ext 1x10, 1x15

Trained earlier than usual as off work with freezing weather (cement don’t work below 3 C ) was a mistake as used to training with more food and fluid in was half asleep by end of session, plus almost everyone at that time was annoying looking and reminded me why I despise most of humanity

That looks pretty damn good to me.......the main thing for you to monitor is that is it helping you make progress?

If so,great,if not,play with macros and/or calories a bit until you feel that you are making progress.

Of course we can`t all see day to day progress like our boy Hanky, as it takes time and patience as the body is resistant to change (homeostasis), but just keep your eye on the mirror and your symmetry and adjust accordingly.

It`s all experimentation anyway, until you hit upon the "perfect" eating/training scenario.

I personally have to get my diet re-structured as I have been eating for size,and not really tracking macros.....though I know I`m getting in enough protein,I just increased all macros so I will have to get busy and get that in order.

Tweak things when you think it`s necessary,but remember to be patient as this shit takes time........if it was easy,everyone would look like Yates!!   :D
