Back and legs today

Wide grip pulldown 2x9
Deadlift 1x5
Defecit stiff leg deadlift 1x7
Barbell row 1x7
Single arm pulldown 1x9,5,4
Adductors 1x19,9,8
Single leg ext 2x16
Single leg press 1x9, 1x16
Single leg curl 1x13,6,5
Seated calf raise 3x14
Standing calf raise 1x8,5,4

Going to give training calf’s regular a solid go see what happens, I feel they won’t change but worth a try for the small time invested

4th week back deadlifting after a few months of stiff leg deadlift focus hoping once switch back to regular deadlift but despite getting stiff leg into pr territory i was weaker switching back today was fourth week and managed 196kg/429lbs for 5 which is weaker than was prior to stiff leg focus, deficit set was 157.5kg/346lbs for 7 off a 4 inch block then a set of barbell rows with 107.5kg/236lbs. All very modest poundage’s but got all year to improve see where at by end of year taking it slow. Those 3 excercises are the main ones will focus on to build back want to focus on back and legs this year

Looks involving, if you will.  That is a great workout, Henda!  The stiff leg deadlift is something I want to try because my right leg doesn't bend and my lower back is in need of strengthening and I cannot do the "Good Morning" exercise.  Thanks again for inspiration.  Now I just need to approach that movement with caution, which I is how I have to do everything.  :)

Looks involving, if you will.  That is a great workout, Henda!  The stiff leg deadlift is something I want to try because my right leg doesn't bend and my lower back is in need of strengthening and I cannot do the "Good Morning" exercise.  Thanks again for inspiration.  Now I just need to approach that movement with caution, which I is how I have to do everything.  :)

i average 4-6 hrs per night, with an hours worth of waking up throughout it piss, drink water, looking in fridge... just the way life is lol

Thighs calves


Hammer leg extension one leg at a time- 4 x 15- really controlled, 45 seconds between sets weight increase each set- 4th set was just lactic acid and pain
Adductors - 4 x 12
Panatta Squat- 2 x 20 - did a warm up set then put on my prevoius 12 rep poundage and did 20. needed a 3 mnute rest betwwen sets this was brutal
Panatta dual leg press- one leg at a time- 3 x 25

Calf raise 4 x 15
Seated calf 3 x 30
Hack calf raise 2 x 20

battered. protein drink at gym then 2 triple cheeseburgers from macies as my weekly cheat meal
fell asleep on the bus back just got in now!

Thank you, that is very kind of you and all the good folk here.  I like to think I am doing better!   I have my walker now that I use on the first floor of our home and am trying to get the nerve to go outside in the daytime with it, LOL!   Otherwise I just use the crutches or when I feel strong, my cane. 

And in a bit I am going to my garage gym to do back/chest and include a set of very light stiff leg deadlifts!  Thank you again for that!

got 5 last night and the other and 7.5 the night before and 6 hours the 2 nights before that this is all since taking the "sleeping pill" the doc gave me which is an antipsychotic that treats schizophreina and bipolar yes i have bipolar currently in a fairly strong phase of mania, i never ever get low lows thnak god

Great work Henda. Yeah I would do calfs, if you don’t really train them and they look that good they will prob explode.

Fucking swollen boys.

Down to 243 trt at 40mg every 3.5 days and feeling good, eating 3 meals a day about 1500 calories. Took a 2.5mg cialis holy fucking pump and vascularity.also a 5 mg edible prior to the gym so I was in the zone.

I only put a 15k plate on and sit right down on my heels and let my quads stretch out then nice slow reps without locking out at the top, 12/15 reps per set.

I only put a 15k plate on and sit right down on my heels and let my quads stretch out then nice slow reps without locking out at the top, 12/15 reps per set.

Yes, that what it looks like- perfect.

I do prefer my home gym, and have added lots of stuff, but sometime miss being able to utilize something like that machine.

Funny how they are popular now. The gym I was going to off and on had one since 2000.
Its still in like-new shape, no one used it. Its a great machine and very humbling. Heavy weight not needed...
