Back for my second lat wo and you can be sure as hell I will be stronger now than I was in the morn

My psychiatrist is ghosting me  ??? I'll be outta my med in 14 days and need a new script and should also be treated for ADHD as it's sure as shit I have this too

I asked him 3 separate time to script me phenibut but that fell on deaf ears just call me Mr. Impulsivity 😂😂😂

Weight cap for men's physique is 78-83 and I weigh 63 @ 6% not sure if this is lean enough to physique but definitely 4% is

Anyways don't want to add too much leg weight since it means fuck all in physique

Plus I will do a drol carb load before stepping onstage and not sure how much that will add to me probably somewhere btw 3-8 pounds

Vigorous Steve says you can load drol for 2-4 days before you spill over and Leo longevity says it can be up to 7 days ill exp with it twice to see my sweet spot

Will also try it with dbol as dbol gives me a nice round full look without spilling over and dbol is one forth the price of drol

Nat can you please explain to me after all the years DJ has been training why he would train the same bodypart once in the AM then return to train said bodypart again in the PM?

my gym has two leg ext machines

one focuses more on the top range the other gives a good strecth so i'll most likely do both

King Zane is on receord saying he did lots and lots of leg ext 8)

My therapist thinks I'm also slightly OCD

But my main issues are mania ADHD and narcissism

The first 2 can be treated with meds narcissism NOPE

Funny thing is I am still adding muscle tissue even though I'm training too much just imagine if I trained just once a day
