Toying w/ Sumo deadlift for a while, never trained them. Different.
But totally saving the lower-back. Amazing difference. No back pain.
I normally limp around like a tard for days after deadlifting.
Will do it for a while, then switch back (and forth).

Every workout day (MON thru FRI) I also do 4 sets of light reverse hypers (sets of 20).
Also making a difference in back repair. Worked up to 475 x 1 this AM DL Sumo.
All other pains are healed up. (For a change)... Lost zero strength being off 125 mg TRT for 8 weeks now...
(Though I never gained any when on it anyways)... Not at that dose... Bloods in a month to see where I'm at w/ health markers.
(PSA is my only concern)..

so they fucked off real quick like

i can run test up to 250 after that my wasit also thickens and widens

i'm only on 100 mgs now

yep my arms shrunk bout half inch but my delts added over 1 inch and pecs 3 inches

i'm dry and vascular as shit my by the primo to test ratio doing it

it's 4 to 1 400 mgs primo 100 mgs test

i can run test up to 250 mgs

vigorous Steve says run test and primo at a one to one ratio coz for some primo sacks estro

just added in 50 mgs VAR but according to vigourous Steve var does not sack estro doesn't even touch it

just ate super size fry cola double quat pounder and 2 slice of cheescak

got the other leg checked by the doc yesterday and it's not a inject infection so no surgery and he gave me a sauve and an anti-inflamatory cream and he said it should completely clear up in less than 2 weeks

also the other wound is closing and should be closed in 10 days or so he said

so after both are back to normal i can go at it

i'll add leg ext on chest day and hip thrust on back day maybe a leg press also but no squats or deads

No good having wide shoulder and a small waist when you can't complete the X frame package. You definitely need to focus on some leg mass, you're tiny.

one focuses more on the top range the other gives a good strecth so i'll most likely do both

Eating lots of food widens my waist... Im not concerned over it if they (DL's) do, but I dont think that they do (widen waist)...

they do for me and also if i take test higher than 250

250 is my sweet spot although i'm only on 100 now

i spend 40 bucks a week on gear that's almost as much as my monthly rent

22 on primo 1.32 on test and 17 on var

i could lower total cost to 18

100 primo=6.66 100 test=1.32 210 var=10

210 var is 30 mgs a day and that's enough i could maybe even go to 20 mgs a day, 20 mgs of dbol is almost a good as 30 mgs

with primo i'm sure 200 is enough but not sure bout 100 may be too low

vigorous Steve says 200 primo is enough to keep/hold a certain look and 5-10 mgs of var is enough but i'm treating var like dbol and when i ran 10 mgs dbol i lost a bit 20 mgs kept all in place
