Toying w/ Sumo deadlift for a while, never trained them. Different.
But totally saving the lower-back. Amazing difference. No back pain.
I normally limp around like a tard for days after deadlifting.
Will do it for a while, then switch back (and forth).
Every workout day (MON thru FRI) I also do 4 sets of light reverse hypers (sets of 20).
Also making a difference in back repair. Worked up to 475 x 1 this AM DL Sumo.
All other pains are healed up. (For a change)... Lost zero strength being off 125 mg TRT for 8 weeks now...
(Though I never gained any when on it anyways)... Not at that dose... Bloods in a month to see where I'm at w/ health markers.
(PSA is my only concern)..
