Did blouders and BNP went up from 90 pounds for 5 reps to failure to 110 pounds for 6 reps to failure that's a 20! fucking pound increase

on a dj podcast he claimed he ate 1 gram of pro per pound of bw and very low fat and 50 grams of carbs

that's bout 1000 cals

and he ate this everyday no carb loads or so he claimed

Toying w/ Sumo deadlift for a while, never trained them. Different.
But totally saving the lower-back. Amazing difference. No back pain.
I normally limp around like a tard for days after deadlifting.
Will do it for a while, then switch back (and forth).

Every workout day (MON thru FRI) I also do 4 sets of light reverse hypers (sets of 20).
Also making a difference in back repair. Worked up to 475 x 1 this AM DL Sumo.
All other pains are healed up. (For a change)... Lost zero strength being off 125 mg TRT for 8 weeks now...
(Though I never gained any when on it anyways)... Not at that dose... Bloods in a month to see where I'm at w/ health markers.
(PSA is my only concern)..

Did a 315 deadlift this morning, just one rep but hopefully bhanks is training on his sabbatical or he will be caught soon by a 180-lb middle-aged natural.

I notice on heavier deadlifts the legs really have to come into play (on lighter stuff you can get away with sloppy form just good-morning-ing the weight up) which is probably why bhanks struggles with such light weights for a heavyweight.

I have week 4 of Coan Friday.  The chaos account told me I have to lean back a little to get my shoulders over the bar, so feels like this will engage the legs a bit more too.

Imo banded deadlifts are a great way to practice leg/glute drive.
