my mom jumped my shit today though, she said take your 4 pills every night and sleep stop doing it every other night its bad for your health to not sleep so i told her i cant help it, and she firmly said "dont give me that, yes you can, so do it!!!"

even my own mom is a hater :D :D :D

Lighter chest shoulders tris session last night, had dropped to training a body part once a week and doing low volume sessions but hated it and was leaving the gym feeling I’d did fuck all

This was light session try and do more machine work and higher rep range here and do all barbell work in weekend chest shoulders and tris session, all sets to failure

Machine fly 2x14
Dumbell lateral raise 2x18
Flat hammer press (old style horizontal one not the upright 1x9, 1x15
High incline barbell press 1x8, 1x10
Weighted dip 1x8, 1x11
Hammer incline 1x10, 1x13
Cable lateral 2x13
Single arm cable pushdown 2x14

Felt loads better that last weeks reduced volume shit

you build muscle out of food and you need carbs and enough protien

Negative Pullups - 4 X 10 (very slow and controlled...full stretch)
Hoist Seated Row Machine - 4 X 12,10,10,12
Straight-Arm Pulldowns - 2 X 12 (held at thighs and squeezed my back)
Pulldowns Behind Neck - 2 X 12

Lying Plate Neck Raises - 5 x failure

I was gonna deadlift but some dweeb was doing 1/4 rep squats with 175 lbs. for eons.....only one lifting platform at this gym.

Good workout just the same though!
