Lighter chest shoulders tris session last night, had dropped to training a body part once a week and doing low volume sessions but hated it and was leaving the gym feeling I’d did fuck all
This was light session try and do more machine work and higher rep range here and do all barbell work in weekend chest shoulders and tris session, all sets to failure
Machine fly 2x14
Dumbell lateral raise 2x18
Flat hammer press (old style horizontal one not the upright 1x9, 1x15
High incline barbell press 1x8, 1x10
Weighted dip 1x8, 1x11
Hammer incline 1x10, 1x13
Cable lateral 2x13
Single arm cable pushdown 2x14
Felt loads better that last weeks reduced volume shit
