Still put tension on the bicep

Once I get the order I'll up to var to 80 mgs 40 mgs before each would and start the carb cycling

I'm bout 7% now so I'll go down to 5% in 3-4 weeks while adding a few pounds of muscle tissue while getting ripped

I use bout 50 different rep styles each so

Fast explosive like in that vid

6 sec positive and 6 second negative

21's

Normal positive 6 second negative

Break down strip sets

Static holds in 3 parts of the movement going down

Partials

Burns

I sometimes use all those techniques in one cycle

Since I'm maxing out the stack on the close grip pulldowns I can either go to 25 rep sets or do bodyweight chins

once i get my next order i'll eat clean 3 days outta 5 as i will carb cycle in an 8 hour feeding time frame and 16 hour water fast

zero cal energy drink

moderate carb days...

i will shrink waist and add muscle to delts, arms, pecs and lats

not sure if i will train legs once legs are healed as i dont really wanna add muscle on them, will probably do just light training as i only want muscle on arms, pecs, delts and lats

Seated DB Press - 4 x 12,10,6,10
Super-Set:
{DB Laterals - 4 X failure
Wide Grip Upright to nipple  height - 4 X failure
Face - Pulls 4 X 15,12,12,15,25

Crunches - 4 X failure!

Took me about 30 minutes or so......I
 was cranking it out !!

i can preserve them with 250 sust and 20-80 mgs VAR

also with the norweign 4x4 on the bike

60 secs high WATT will even build leg size on me guaren-fucking-teed

i can agree to the hip thrust coz they will increase my sex pumping power

so ill do the norway 4x4 hip thrust and roman chairs and that enough for the legs and core dont need leg ext, leg press or sqauts
