dj,,,resident bhank now,,really i mean your burning the candle steroids,drinking too a lot,and energy drinks...take a cue from big ro and joswift at least on the prep and diet clean eating,steady on the training.
so 5 jack and cokes and 3 large beers is alot
i still trained with full power and all 4 bicep lifts went up and now i have stacked the close-grip pulldowns
once i get my next order i'll eat clean 3 days outta 5 as i will carb cycle in an 8 hour feeding time frame and 16 hour water fast

not sure if i will train legs once legs are healed as i dont really wanna add muscle on them, will probably do just light training as i only want muscle on arms, pecs, delts and lats
