Benching 225 for 3 with a pause and only pressing 80lb DBs for 4 does not compute.

I don't care if you have not been working with DBs, it's weird.

It was a ten minute pause between sets of 1

Just to be annoying thought I’d mention our gym has 10 eliko racks in the main room, benches on 5 of them on one side deadlift platforms on the other 5, plus 3 racks in the “functional” room




That`s how my old gym was.....tons of power racks,platforms,benches,etc.,but that gym requires you to get a Covid shot.....fuck them,I trained there for 12 years....there`s only 2 gyms in this little town both on University campuses.  :(

By the way,you annoyed the fuck out of me with those pics!  LOL  ;D

Lighter chest shoulders tris session last night, had dropped to training a body part once a week and doing low volume sessions but hated it and was leaving the gym feeling I’d did fuck all

This was light session try and do more machine work and higher rep range here and do all barbell work in weekend chest shoulders and tris session, all sets to failure

Machine fly 2x14
Dumbell lateral raise 2x18
Flat hammer press (old style horizontal one not the upright 1x9, 1x15
High incline barbell press 1x8, 1x10
Weighted dip 1x8, 1x11
Hammer incline 1x10, 1x13
Cable lateral 2x13
Single arm cable pushdown 2x14

Felt loads better that last weeks reduced volume shit
NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

Leg extensions - 3x15
Leg curls - 3x12
Seated calf raise - 3x20-25
Bodyweight dips - 3xmax reps
Close grip triangle bar pulldowns - 3x12
Wide grip upright row - 3x12
Skullcrushers with EZ bar - 3x12
EZ bar seated curls - 3x12
Wrist curls both ways superset - 1xmax reps
Neck plate & harness - 1 set each max reps
Roman chair situps - 1 set max reps
NICE as well...you 2 fucking aminals!  ;)

For today 3/14 just a little light aerobic conditioning before 3rd workout of Open tomorrow.  Don't need to do a whole lot to stay in top 25%.  Goal is to keep within the top 10% for focus.
