just added 500 cals and i am even harder and denser with viens all over the fucking joint

goal wt is buck 75-80

after that wt and early death comes quicker FACT

sitting at 65 and hard ripped and dry still, sent pics to nj and van they can testify to my mass increase in the pecs and arms and my ripped dry CONDITION

so since i am still ripped and dry i will increase cals to 3.5 grand up from 3 grand

decline bench 2 bills for 8

pec deck 215 for 5 stack is 245 so it will be stacked out soon

machine bench 210 for 8 stack is 220 so that will be stacked out soon as well

db skulls 40 a hand for 6

rope pressdown 65 for 5

after each heavy set in the 3-8 reps range i cut the wt in half and do a constant tension set of 4-5 sec up and down

ima blowing up just ask nj or van ;)

From what I see DJs chest from the pics I was sent better than the ones he presented recently that were crooked or sideways. His chest is a bit fuller rounder around the edges. Good vascularity around the shoulders and triceps,  triceps got decent shape I wanna say his arms are not thick . His goals are always 16 inch 1/2 17;inch  at 170  180 no lback shots no traps yet which I’m surprised with the amount of t drugs, heshoukd  have some trap up around that neck area. I would say if your goal was to be a gym, build walking around the streets doing your club thing or whatever you’re trying to do great but to get on stage even a men’s physique you got to start hitting everything complete abs traps, back calves, at least cause you’re wearing shorts long, if you’re going to do all the cycles you’re doing if you’re gonna have to push

BigRo, You may have in the past (maybe not) but can you share your weekly split here, what it looks like?
Including number of sets and basic rep-range??
If too much to type out, no worries...
Im just curious as I also mostly do 6 exercises per body-part (w/ abs and lower-back also thrown in to each session).

My routine is over 5-days and always like to see others idea's, especially those who are advanced.
Rep range for me is normally 5 reps or so for the heavy things like SQ, Bench, DL, and 8-12 for the other accessories or exercises.

Today I will do calves and back in that order. Tomorrow I would like to do shoulders and arms. Yesterday I did chest. My legs are still sore from Saturdays training.

I have an idea when I walk to the gym what to begin with but that is as much planning as goes in to it. Sometimes I finish up in about an hour sometimes I am in the gym for 2 hours or more.

I cover a wide rep range, from 3 reps up to 20 or so. Sometimes my training is more high intensity style with 1 working set per exercise other times multiple sets.

I notice you do shoulders the day after chest but for me I cant do this because there is soreness in the front delts from chest training.

Im like that, I make my mind up when I get there, it sometimes makes a difference as to what I do as to what equipment is available to start.

Thx Ro... Instinctive training, I get it...  Yeah, the way I look at it is, I'm sore around  the clock these days.
And delts are smaller muscles, so after warming  up light I'm good to go..

Quads,Hamstrings,Calves:

Leg Extensions - 3 sets
Adductor Machine - 3 sets
Unilateral Leg Press - 3 sets

Seated Leg Curls - 3 sets

Smith Machine Calf Raise - 3 sets

I`m taking a DE-LOAD week,less sets,lighter weights.......I`ve been very consistent and training hard......I`m still enthusiastic about my training, but I have no desire to eat.....had a helluva time getting in my meals over the weekend.

Right now I`m starving,so that`s a good sign.

i'll be 75 within 3-4 weeks with the same conditioning

then i'll just refine and perfect don't want to be any bigger than that
