BigRo, You may have in the past (maybe not) but can you share your weekly split here, what it looks like?
Including number of sets and basic rep-range??

Im just curious as I also mostly do 6 exercises per body-part (w/ abs and lower-back also thrown in to each session).
My routine is over 5-days and always like to see others idea's, especially those who are advanced.
Rep range for me is normally 5 reps or so for the heavy things like SQ, Bench, DL, and 8-12 for the other accessories or exercises.
