day 1-delts (4 ex) and bis (3 ex)

day 2-off

day 3-pecs (3 ex) lats (maybe 2 ex or maybe just one, don't like training it heavy, ie. no heavy 3-8 rep work on it, i'll just do constant tension on it) and tris (2 ex)

day 4-off

gonna keep drol @ 100 mgs don't need 125 or 150 mgs :D :D :D

Wheels are not covered onstage even for mens physique. It is a very bad look with those oversized upper bodies and twig legs. Legs are not covered when you look at yourself in a full length mirror. Legs are not covered during sex. Lift up your arms for a front double bicep, your back development or lack of it is in full view. Abs are in full view yet you ignore them.

Do you shower and sleep in pants? Do you not wear shorts in the summer? Do you think people can't tell you are on pegs in pants? What about just functionality? No one is saying blow up your legs like Tom Platz but if you start training them they will slowly improve. You have just given up on them. Meanwhile you claim you can't keep yourself out of the gym and are overtraining your upper body seems like there is a simple solution to that.
