WHAT IT TAKES! | WAR STORIES!

Today is was my first day of fullbody workout regiment I, your future champion, decided to do. Here is what I did Behind the neck press, wide grip ching, incline incline bench press, close grip flat bench, barbell curls, deadslifts, wrist curls, abs and then 15 min on the treadmill. On top of that I did my deads with an injured shoulder and still whent up over 3 plates! Thats right you little wannabees! That is the secret to looking huge but you can't follow because you don't havve what it takes!

Also, the "incline incline bench press" is even more hardcore than the regular incline bench press.

Then you talk about how you cannot afford a camera but some of your pics show you taking pics of yourself in a mirror.

My 2 year old daughter has better legs than you.

My labrador has a better chest.

You have the body of a 16 yr old, the gotee in the middle of your chest proves this.

You talk about future Mr Olympia when you have never once stepped on stage and 98% of the people on this board respond to you in a neagtive connotation.

The only accolade/award you have is overtaking 240 as the board jackass and at least some of 240's posts are decent. Yours are filled with grandeur.

Alexxx actually has a terrible structure for bodybuilding. High lats, narrow shoulders, short pecs, short biceps, and ugly/asymmetrical quad muscles. He isn't even that lean, just skinny.

alright alexxx you got me earlier today with a spelling mistake...man I don't even have time to point out all the problems with this post.  What is an Incline incline bench press?  What are wide grip ching?  What are deadslifts?  Now I honed up and admitted that I made a mistake, lets see you weasel out of these. 

How many sets and what kind of weight did you use?  Did you use the Ellington Darden full body workout that you should know all about cause you read all the HIT books?   Methinks you're gonna overtrain like a mother on this program cause you'll prolly be in the gym doing it 5 days a week and then wonder why you're getting smaller.  Remember a few weeks ago you posted "man since I started training volume I'm getting smaller and weaker...I don't know what's going on"

Actually i got pretty huge on colume just strengh went down from it. Now I am doing Steve Reeves type of training so fullbody workouts 3 times a week. I said incline incline curls because it is at a higher angle. The rest was just me a little too excited to worry about spelling.

they where sore from saturday I went pretty hardcore.. 3 plate squats and 10 plate legpresses per side! I am doing legs tomorrow and friday and will do them 3 times a week starting next week! Besides my legs are huge!!
