Today is was my first day of fullbody workout regiment I, your future champion, decided to do. Here is what I did Behind the neck press, wide grip ching, incline incline bench press, close grip flat bench, barbell curls, deadslifts, wrist curls, abs and then 15 min on the treadmill. On top of that I did my deads with an injured shoulder and still whent up over 3 plates! Thats right you little wannabees! That is the secret to looking huge but you can't follow because you don't havve what it takes!
