Same here - my clavicles are so narrow that I have to do a front lat spread when dressing which enables the shirt's neck to rest on my elbows... animal life.

In order to facilitate this choice, you have to ask yourself in which class (length or weight) you look best. Not sure about other organizations, but the IFBB is pretty strict in their rules.

What is your height & comp weight.

A couple of lads I have helped, one is staying with ukbff
Though I think his physique / height / structure would suit Nabba
Better, he has a 2nd in the supers.
The extra Bodyweight at his height seems to be negative as he has
Slipped down in placing.

If your in the supers class at ukbff it's a real mixed bag.

You maybe Post up some comp pics.
Though never sure if it's a good idea on this forum.

Some of the coolest gymbodies i have seen include narrow clavicles...

Arnold, Heath, even Coleman are men with narrow clavicles, just saying! Narrow men got the dense thicknss in their muscles!
