Oh dear Brian
You posted photos of three medals you got two participation medals then some shitty thing with a wonky plaque,

Its the back of the medals I won 2 medals 1 for the 242lbs weight class Open division and one for the 242lb weight class Master division.

Again though the lift is more important than the medal. The training is what matters. I haven't been able to train for 2 weeks due to a hernia surgery and you think I care about a medal from a curling event a month ago? I care 1000X more that I can't curl right now. You think I care about a bench press from a month ago? I care 1000x more that I can't bench now. Medals and competitions are just thinks to do along the way. Training and getting stronger is what actually matters and counts.

I don't want to be the jackass pulling out my IFBB pro card from my wallet or a medal or trophy or iphone pic to show my condition. I want to be strong today right now. I was 232 before bed last night arms and chest still feel good legs do not it's been too long since I pumped them up. I can't wait to start training again. But I have a follow up appointment Tuesday and the surgical wounds have not even healed yet. I need to wait a little longer but I am excited to train though. Can you say the same? Are you going back down to 190lbs for your classic contest? What are you walking around at these days? I think being too lean and cutting weight after 40 really hampers the gains.

As for me I will be competing* with guys half my age in the classic class, I will be about 208 onstage this next show, coming in fuller and trying something new
Currently weighing 215 at the moment

You will just seek out something where you dont have to work hard to achive anything

You dropped on struct curl, realsised you were quite good at it but rather than seek to improve you just sat back and waited for a show and repeated your 1rm you did six months before

I`ve always been strong as a smaller guy......especially when bodyweight is taken into consideration,but being strong is just a by product of my training.....it`s not my main focus.....I`ve out squatted Hanky by doing a deep 405,out benched him by doing double bodyweight,etc. etc.

Right now going by bodyweight alone,at 68, I`m stronger than Hanky.

If he curled without a wall,just as a guy would do in a workout,I`d smoke him,pound for pound.

Ya` see Hanky,I will be strong,and still win or place in the NPC and IFBB.............YOU COWARDLY FUCK !

I could do just as well if we went by bodyweight,and I trained for it for a day or two,.....it`s a fucking curl for Christs sake we all do curls.

I have cheat curled 150 for 5 at 150 bodyweight,and 160 for 5 at 160 bodyweight,just a slight cheat to get it moving, with an ultra slow controlled negative....can you do that with 236 pounds...........I don`t think so Chauncey !!  ;D

I tried it in 2005 when I lived in NYC and it was a nightmare.  It is now 2023 18 years later so when I say I DON'T USE DNP that is absolutely accurate. Things change just because I tried something once almost 20 years ago doesn't mean I am using it now. When I tell you something is shit I mean it DNP is shit worthless compound. But again by all means go take as much DNP as you want. Learn for yourself if you don't believe me but stop making assumptions based on shit you read that prove you don't even lift.

Yes,you have never benched double bodyweight.....on a decent cycle prepping,and extreme dieting.....something you know nothing about.... I did 275 for 7.... I believe it was at 165 pounds.

I get it,it`s OK for you to use the bodyweight method but if anyone else takes it into consideration to compare to you,it`s not legal.

To me that wall is the only strict thing in the whole lift!

It’s the elbow drag that makes the whole thing look unnatural and anything but strict.

Heels inch of the wall and your ass against the wall would already be different thing. Maybe even that thing they sold in the ’70s for biceps training. Pic of Arnold comes to mind…

Or they should use some kind of high angle standing scott bench etc?

Its not enough to beat my opponents or lift the weight or look better than the guy next to me. I have to beat the administration the regulators the organization the ref Jesus and the damn sport as well it's never a fair playing field. They rewrote their damn bilaws just to fuck me. But that is ok I know who I am and what I can do and I am going to keep getting better.
