Well, I don't know if worry is the right word but I know for myself that putting hard work into the gym and getting in my protein is always kind of a rip off because I never get the results that match my hard work. I don't know how you feel about your genetics though.

Actually, his genetics aren't that bad. Since the beginning of bodybuilding, one of the main goals was to achieve a V-taper and good shoulder to waist ratio. Mike  has that and looked good up there. I was there...there were some people, women included, that had really horrible genetics. There was one women who actually had the flattest ass I've ever seen. There were people with waists wider than their shoulders..Mike posed to some heavy metal ..Motley Crue or something..He looked like he was having fun up there and he actually showed some good stage presence. A little more refinement and he could look very impressive.

Great job Mike. You have made very noticable improvments since your last show. Isn`t that what it is all about ? You love the sport and continue to better yourself as you go. I don`t think some on here realize how tough it is to get into that kind of shape at 45. I know that for me, this last (and final) show took everything out of me to be competitive and it was much harder than 18 months prior. Again, congrats and job well done !

he has cuts but he is not low enough weight ,,he doesnt play with the water right ,,,its skin thickness that prevent the deep cuts to show in mid section not muscle mass ,,its a matter of the right duretic use and the right hormone use in addition to the ability to get little lighter for the cuts you talk about ,,, the cuts are there its just 3-5 lb of water due to sodium retention,,,sometimes you gott go lower weight to see the sucktion you want to see then rebound during carb up

~4-5  lighter and this fella is shredded with the phyqie youre looking for
