one thing u need to keep in consideration is age
I did pretty much the same amount of training since frshman yr in high school- Im 31 now
I grew very slow until I hit about 25- didnt do anything radically diff, but man I started gaining quicker
I think late 20's is when I started growing at a gd rate
but u may be diff- look at Evan and Phil and some of the other young guys from Nationals his year
they were all super young- everyone is diff, but I hear a lot of big dudes talk about making better gains as they get past 25- also the wight u gain is more dense looking and muscular
