did a lot of high weight low rep shit at first- but what wrks the best is moderate approach 4 day split w no more than 1 hr wkouts
no special diet- In fact use to drink up to 4 shakes daily and half and half, ice cream, chicken and rice- but when I got to the weight I wanted to be, I basically started eating normal- 3 meals, and a lot of sodas and candy (sour patch kids) pre wkout and I look the same as when I used to eat better
